2. Unauthorised Access to the My Pension On-line service contravenes the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

3. Any changes made to your details or death grant nominations will be updated immediately so please make sure that they are correct.

4. Any calculations run through My Pension Online are estimates only and do not confer any statutory rights. Any financial decisions should not be made on the basis of calculations generated through My Pension Online.

5. You may have difficulty viewing documents if you are accessing the service on iOS devices. It is recommended you view the service on a desktop or laptop device.
